Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on physical books, digital downloads, or any other products sold through Bawse Publications.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at bawsepublications@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue with a replacement or store credit.
Digital Products
All digital product sales are final and non-refundable. No exceptions.
Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. Bawse Publications is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
